Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, timing depends on many factors, including but not limited to when the order was placed and your location.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the United States and Canada.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible at support@fernandaartistry.com. I’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Yes! I offer custom commission pieces tailored to your vision. Whether it’s a specific size, a memorial portrait, a special gift, or a statement piece for your home I’d love to bring your idea to life.

To request a custom piece, please fill out the commission request form or email me at support@fernandaartistry.com. Share as many details as you’d like—size, style, colors, inspiration—and I’ll follow up to discuss your project and provide a quote.

9. How long does a commission take?

Commission timelines vary depending on size and complexity, but most pieces take between 4-6 weeks. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when we confirm your project.
